The Hail Shop USA is a successful and fast growing national paintless dent repair company. We’re looking for an experienced sales rep to help play an important part in our growth. You will enjoy the flexibility and freedom of running your own route.
Hail storms are unpredictable and occur all across the country. The Hail Shop USA provides auto hail repair services in these hail hot spots. In other words, we go where vehicle owners are seeking out our services which result in guaranteed sales. Only caveat? You have to be willing to put in the work.
You’ll spend approximately 3 to 5 months at every hail damage location with our team. Paintless dent repair sales reps only work 8 months out of the year.
Candidates must be professional, experienced, and polished. Must be self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to new sales environments.
This position is unlike any sales job you’ve had before. Get ready for an adventure! We work hard and play just as hard. You will make great money and get 4 months off a year!

Responsibilities
- Door to door sales.
- Sell paintless dent repair on hail damage vehicles.
- Hand out flyers.
- Write up paperwork for a new customer.
- Represent our brand in an honest and positive way.
- Articulate with excellent verbal communication skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently as well as part of a team

- Valid Driver’s License.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
